Recently I have been unable to access my Nextcloud dashboard from any browser. It just shows a white page with the first letter of my username in a circle at the top right. I cant do anything from here. I am using this with NginxReverseProxy which has worked in the past until, like I said, just recently. No changes were made otherwise other than maybe automatic updates. Any way to fix this or did a recent docker update break the app?

I have been playing Fortnite since chapter 1 season 2 and that means I have missed out on quite a bit of things along the way. Me not getting Carbide and Omega to their maximum upgrades has frustrated me since the start of season 5 when they became locked behind a wall I thought I may never see. And it's not like Fortnite is a stranger to letting people get items after a season is over, I mean certain skins you could upgrade for quite a while after the season was over. The way I see it is that since I purchased the battle pass for that season I should be entitled to the things I purchased and I really hope that one day this problem can be fixed for not just omega and Carbide but every skin from at least chapter 1.
I'm not sure if any people from epic browse this but if you know they do and you agree please try to get their attention on the matter

I just met my surgeon for my follow up. It’s 100% vaginismus. My uterus is about 2-3 cm more shallow than average but that’s it. I’m “petite” as he put it so I’ll need to pick back up on the dilators. He also wrote me a script to try Flexeril as needed. If anyone has any experience with Flexeril, I’d love to hear. They did find endo but it was only stage 1.

Let me start by saying that this may not apply to EVERYONE in here, but I believe it applies to MOST. Some of you with a genuine "sweat allergy" or "heat allergy" may exist and I cannot give you any advice at this point other than to try what I am about to recommend for your average CU sufferer.
Okay, now with that out of the way: What is CU?
Well to start, urticaria is chronic hives/itchy skin, most often caused by high adrenaline, drugs (medical or recreational), pesticides, preservatives and condiment salt including sea salt (Celtic or other). The excess adrenaline, salt and chemicals utilize all available fats, or fats are not available because they are not eaten, or fats are not digested, assimilated or utilized properly and leave the skin dry. As toxins leave through the skin, they cause excessive dryness that results in itchy skin and often hives.
"But why do they only seem to effect us CU sufferers when we have a change in body temperature, usually from getting hotter or when starting to sweat?"
Well, CU, from what I have read, seems to be most common among ex-athletes or physically active people who at some point, often during the lockdowns of 2020-2021, became physically inactive for a period of time (this was the case with me).
I can only postulate that because of our long history of frequent physical activity, that our bodies became accustomed to releasing/excreting these toxins fairly effectively through the skin via sweat (90% of bodily toxins exit through the skin, not the bowels or urine).
People who were more slothful throughout their lives likely didn't/couldn't adapt this method of detoxification and as such, they are at higher risk to suffer negatively from these things I listed internally or in other ways accumulating in the system. In a way, not to be too cliché, you are blessed if you have CU.
"How do I reduce the amount of time I will suffer with the root cause of CU?"
Well, it's pretty simple, although it may take some doing in execution. Firstly, try to avoid those things I listed as causes, as well as hydrogenated vegetable oils which plastify in the human body and clog the lymphatic system (soybean oil, rapeseed oil, canola oil, etc... they're in more packaged food products than you'd think) and do not eat any junk food at all.
What has brought me the most relief, and what I believe to be the most holistic way of eating possible is the so-called "Primal Diet" based upon the work of Aajonus Vonderplanitz--it basically revolves around eating raw eggs, raw dairy, raw meat, unheated honey, vegetable juice, and fruit. That's basically all I eat, and I've never felt better. I'm not here to preach to you or convince you that you that you have to follow this, but it's the easiest way I've found to avoid the things that cause CU and in the process promote vibrant health, energy, and longevity.
While the root causes of CU are toxins leaving the skin, the pain and discomfort from them is caused, or at the very least accentuated by, DRY SKIN. The most important thing for those with CU is to eat tons of (preferably raw) fat to help lubricate and sooth the skin. The best thing for this is tons of raw butter, which I get shipped from an Amish farm in Pennsylvania as I can't find it anywhere in my area. Getting chest-fat from the butcher is also a great source.
Theoretically, drinking much water may be negative for CU sufferers as water dries the body both externally and internally (my main sources of hydration are raw milk, vegetable juice and fruit). On the other hand, it might provide liquid to use for sweating. I drink maybe a cup or two of plain water every couple weeks. I would avoid it unless necessary, but of course if you drink water and it seems to help with sweating, go for it. I just wouldn't advise it too much because it will dry the skin.
"So in the meantime, while healing and removing the root causes (which will take time) how do we cope with the throes of CU and get some relief?"
Well, this isn't new to this subreddit: you have to sweat daily.
If you dress in overly warm clothes, especially during the colder months, and exercise intensely every single day, you should feel significant relief. If it's very cold where you live, consider purchasing or making a "sweat suit/sauna suit."
Remember this though lads: we are the lucky ones. It is better that these things leave through the skin, itchy and possibly painful as it may be, because if they try to go out through the intestinal tract or mucus membranes, you’re going to have damage, internally. Furthermore, CU will also force you to be disciplined with daily exercise or else you're going to have the discomfort / pain of it again. I jump out of bed every morning, put on the layers and start shadowboxing, doing pushups, pullups and squats. Sexual activity is also one of the fastest ways to work up a sweat and get relief from CU. The more layers you use (I use my sauna suit and winter jacket and then my bathrobe) and the faster / more intense you do these, the less discomfort you will feel from CU, and, after incorporating the dietary advice I mentioned and doing serious daily sweat therapy, you should no longer feel any symptoms of CU unless you stop your routine for a couple days--and even then it is far less severe than it used to be, probably because of the high raw fat consumption and very strict, holistic diet/lifestyle. At this point though there's no good reason at all to let up with the daily Sweat Therapy, especially since it's winter. During the summer you may not have to exercise at all to get relief, although I still would do it anyway for obvious reasons.

Since unions generally control firings and can prevent dismissals, while minimum wage obviously does not, does that mean that minimum wage would be associated with higher deadweight loss in terms of fewer hirings and an overall smaller economy?
Or is this not accurate since unions don’t change hirings and only firings and thus would have comparable effects on employment on a macro economic scale?

Reading comments from people coming from CSGO who have clearly never played a different game let alone a different genre from FPS try and make comments about how the game is too coinflip at a professional level blows my mind. The usual consensus I see is that because the top teams are losing to bad teams therefore the game isn't actually competitive and anyone can win. Then they'll use the example from CSGO where the best players have been the best and always will be because CSGO is so balanced. In reality CSGO has consistently been slow on changes to their game. Things go unpatched for months and metas and playstyles usually tend to stay relatively similar. There just isn't a lot of new things pros have to learn. Valorant is the opposite in that regard. The main reason that its hard for teams to stay consistent is because of constant change. And thats good. Agents come in and out of meta depending on changes to them, new agents are coming out and players are coming out with new ways to use agents. Comparing pro play to CSGO honestly does a disservice to the game when playing high level valorant has changed more this year than the last 3 for CSGO. This game isnt volatile because its bad its volatile because its new and most people trying to pioneer the game at a high level come from a game thats been mostly static for years. A good example of a game that does something similar is League of Legends. Riot games changed the way multiplayer games were patched forever. Riot originally had it so every two weeks were balance changes and every 4 weeks was a major update. This made it so pro players had to constantly keep up and being the best didnt just mean whoever had the best mechanics. It was whoever had the best mechanics AND the ability to pick up and understand new things; the ability to evolve. Despite the constant change players and teams stayed consistent and the game evolved. Its why Faker is considered the greatest e-sports player to ever touch a mouse. Give the game some time and Valorant will work out to be the same as League in that sense. TL:DR Valorant needs time to grow its changing constantly and players arent used to that. Once teams understand the game better Teams will be able to stay on top for long periods of time.

I’m constantly torn between feeling like I’m being taken advantage of by my family and feeling like I’m not doing enough. I’ve always battled with anxiety but ever since I had my baby (she’s almost 7 months) my anxiety has shot through the rough. I’m constantly battling in my own head feeling guilty about wanting to do more for my family and feeling like I am doing everything with no help. How can I get to a place where I am just at peace with what I have and what I do. I’ve been having a panic attack once a month since I had my baby. I can’t seem to stop my mind from having 2 or more thoughts going at the same time. I feel like I’m going to explode one of these days. I am not depressed. I had PPD with my first child (she’s 10). But I am on antidepressants for my anxiety. This is anxiety. And I can see it getting progressively worse. I gained 70 lbs during my pregnancy. It’s been almost 7 months and I’ve already lost 58 lbs as of this morning. I don’t think that’s normal weight loss. Am I spiraling…
